In Article 30 (pensions to unmarried dependants who lived as wives), Article 38 (pensions to parents) and Article 77(1)(b) (meaning of “designated person” in relation to posthumous awards) for any reference to an “unmarried dependant living as a wife”, an “unmarried dependant” or an “unmarried dependant who lived as a wife” there shall be substituted a reference to an “unmarried dependant who lived as a spouse”.
