Amendment of other instruments
3. Any reference to an Area Health Authority in a document relating to an investment or sum of money which formed part of any combined pool constituted under a scheme mentioned in the Schedule to this Order shall be amended so as to be a reference to the District Health Authority to which that investment or sum of money has been apportioned under Article 6(1) of the National Health Service (Determination of Districts) Order 1981.
