The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretaries of State respectively concerned with sea fishing in Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the Fishery Limits Act 19761 and now vested in them 2 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf hereby make the following order:—
