The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Act 1967 and now vested in them(1), and of all other powers vested in them in that behalf, hereby make the following order:—
