EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order provides for the winding up of the Shipbuilding Industry Training Board which was established by the Industrial Training (Shipbuilding Board) Order 1964 and for the revocation of that Order and of the Industrial Training (Shipbuilding Board) Order 1968 with effect from 1st October 1982. Any assets remaining on the completion of the winding up are to be applied for the purpose of encouraging training for employment.
