Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This order may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy) (Designated Rural Areas and Designated Regions) (England) Order 1982 and shall come into operation on 15th February 1982.
(2) In this order “the 1980 Act” means the Housing Act 1980.
