2. The Merchant Shipping Act 1979 (Pitcairn) Order 1980 is hereby amended by adding between the words “contained in” and “paragraph 4” in section 51(2) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1979, as set out in the Schedule to the said Order, the words “section 5(2A) of the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) Act 1971 (1971 c. 59; S.I. 1975/2171 as amended by S.I. 1981/222) or section 4(13) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1974 (1974 c. 43; S.I. 1975/2171 as amended by S.I. 1981/222) or”.
