1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Courts Act 1978 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1980.
(2) In this Order “the Act of 1978” means
2. The provisions of the Act of 1978 specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Order (which relate to the matters specified in column 2 thereof) shall come into force on 1st February 1981.
3. The transitional provisions in Schedule 2 to this Order shall have effect.
