The Non-Marketing of Milk and Milk Products and the Dairy Herd Conversion Premiums (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1980 No. 1394

Citation and commencement

1.  These regulations, which amend the Non-Marketing of Milk and Milk Products and the Dairy Herd Conversion Premiums Regulations 1977(1) (hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”), may be cited as the Non-Marketing of Milk and Milk Products and the Dairy Herd Conversion Premiums (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1980 and shall come into operation on 14th October 1980.

Amendment to regulation 2 of the principal regulations

2.  In paragraph (1) of regulation 2 of the principal regulations immediately after the words “25th June 1979(g)” in the definition of “the Regulation of the Council” there shall be inserted the words “and Regulation (EEC) No. 1365/80 of the Council of 5th June 1980”.
