The functions of the Secretary of State for Transport, and the functions of the Secretary of State which previously were entrusted to the Secretary of State for Transport, are hereby transferred to the Minister of Transport.

There are hereby transferred to the Minister of Transport all property, rights and liabilities to which the Secretary of State for Transport is entitled or subject, at the coming into operation of this Order, in connection with any function transferred by this Order.
