Citation, commencement and interpretation1

This Order may be cited as the Irish Republic (Termination of 1927 Agreement) Order 1979, and shall come into operation on the 30th April 1979.

In this Order “the 1927 Agreement” means the Agreement with the Republic of Ireland referred to in section 4 of the Medical Act 1978.
