3. Sections 1 to 3 and 5 to 10 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Evidence (Proceedings in Other Jurisdictions) Act 1975, with the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in the Schedule hereto, shall extend to the Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia.
