In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 42 of the Justices of the Peace Act 1949, as extended by section 32 of the Administration of Justice Act 1964 and as amended by paragraph 12 of Schedule 27 to the Local Government Act 1972, and by section 24 of the Superannuation Act 1972, I hereby make the following Regulations:—
