Modifications taking effect on 17th February 1975.

Section 24.	For the definition of “inspector” there shall be substituted the following definition:— “`inspector' means an inspector appointed by the appropriate Minister under section 19 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974;”
Section 25.	In subsection (4) the words “of this Act” shall be substituted for the word “thereof”.
