The Secretary of State in exercise of powers conferred by sections 94 and 99 of the Patents Act 1949, as amended by the Patents Act 1957, the Patents and Designs (Renewals, Extensions and Fees) Act 1961, and the Patents (Fees Amendment) Order 1974(1), and now vested in him(2), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Rules:—
