EDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES

1. These Regulations provide for the payment of compensation to or in respect of persons who suffer loss of employment or loss or diminution of emoluments in consequence of a direction given by the Secretary of State under regulation 3(2) of the Further Education Regulations 1975.
