6.  In section 26(1), for the definition of “inspector” there shall be substituted the following definition—

“`inspector' in sections 4(5) and 5(2) of this Act meansan inspector appointed by the Health and Safety Executive under section 19 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974;”.
