5. In respect of community councils established under section 27(3) or (4), the following sections, namely—
section 89(6)
sections 101 to 103
section 105
sections 112 to 116
sections 118 and 119
section 134(2) to (5)
sections 135 and 136
section 140
sections 142 and 143
section 150(1), (5) and (6)
section 151
section 228(1) to (7)
section 231
sections 233 and 234
section 251(1) in so far as it extends to paragraphs 4 and 8 of Schedule 29 shall come into force on 11th February 1974.
