The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 19(4)(e) of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and now vested in them1 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, after consultation with the Council of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, hereby make the following order:—
