SCHEDULE AMENDMENTS TO EXISTING ORDERS UNDER PART II OF THE TRANSPORT ACT 1968

Part II The Transfer Order

Article 2(1). For the definition of “the Authority” the following shall be substituted:—

“the Authority” means the County Council of Greater Manchester.
