SCHEDULE Judicial pensions, together with tables giving multipliers for determining the amount to which pensions may be increased

13.  A pension payable under—

(a) the Superannuation Acts 1965 and 1967, as applied by section 128 of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act 1925 and section 1 of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Circuit Officers) Act 1946 to any person in respect of service in the office of Clerk of Assize; or

(b) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person in that office.
