Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Commonwealth Telegraphs (Cable and Wireless Ltd. Pension) Regulations 1971, and shall come into operation on 2nd March 1971, but shall then have effect from the 30th September 1969, and shall be construed accordingly.
