1. This Order may be cited as the Health Service (Northern Ireland Agreement) Order 1971.
2. The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
3. It is hereby declared that a provision corresponding to section 67(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1971 has been enacted by the Parliament of Northern Ireland.
