DIPLOMATIC AND INTERNATIONAL IMMUNITIES AND PRIVILEGES

This Order replaces the International Wheat Council (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1962, and confers privileges and immunities upon the International Wheat Council and the Food Aid Committee, their officers, representatives on their organs, and experts serving on committees or employed on missions on their behalf. These privileges and immunities are conferred in accordance with:—Article 33 of the Wheat Trade Convention (Cmnd. 3576), opened for signature in Washington on 15th October, 1967;a Headquarters Agreement which has been negotiated between the Government of the United Kingdom and the International Wheat Council (Cmnd. 3783): this Order will enable Her Majesty's Government to sign the Agreement.
