Amendment of section 3(1) of principal Order

2.  Section 3(1) of the principal Order is amended by the insertion, immediately after the definition of “the Governor”, of the following proviso thereto—

   

“Provided that in the case of Swaziland it means Her Majesty's Commissioner for Swaziland.”
