This Order may be cited as the Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Act 1966 (Application to Colonies etc.) (Amendment) Order 1967 and shall come into operation on the day appointed for the purpose of section 4(1) of the Swaziland Constitution Order 19671.

This Order and the Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Act 1966 (Application to Colonies etc.) Order 19672 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”) may be cited as the Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Act 1966 (Application to Colonies etc.) Order 1967.

This Order shall be construed as one with the principal Order.
