CONSULAR RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES;ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES, POWERS OF ENTRY IN RELATION TO CONSULAR OFFICES
This Order provides for the application of sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Consular Conventions Act 1949 to Japan and thus enables Her Majesty to give effect to the Consular Convention between the United Kingdom and Japan which was signed at Tokyo on 4th May 1964 (Cmnd. 2377).

Sections 1 and 2 and section 4 of the Act shall apply to Japan.
