CXVIIPowers of Commissioners of Sewers not abridged.
Provided always, and be it further enacted, That nothing in this Act contained shall extend to or be deemed or construed to extend to alter, affect, restrain, or abridge the Powers or Authorities given to the Commissioners of Sewers by any Act of Parliament whatsoever, or to vary or alter any of the Provisions or Regulations thereby made, directed, or provided, anything herein contained to the contrary thereof in anywise notwithstanding.
