CXIILimiting Powers of 57 G.3 c. 29.

And be it further enacted, That nothing in this Act contained shall be construed to abridge, repeal, alter, amend, or interfere with the Powers and Provisions contained: in an Act passed in the Fifty-seventh Year of the Reign of King George the Third, intituled An Act for better paving, improving, and regulating the Streets of Idle Metropolis, and removing and preventing Obstructions therein, or the Powers and Provisions contained in any Act relating to any particular Parish or Place for any of the Purposes in this Act mentioned.
