3 All appeals from Sentence of any Judge, &c. to be referred by His Majesty to the Committee, to report thereon.
4 His Majesty may refer any other Matters to Committee.
5 No Matter to be heard unless in Presence of Four Members of the Committee.
5AQuorum of Judicial Committee.
6 In case the King directs the Attendance of any Judge, a Member of the Committee, the other Judges of the Court to which he belongs to make Arrangements with regard to the Business of the Court.
7 Evidence may be taken viva voce, or upon written Depositions.
8 Committe may order any particular Witnesses to be examined, and as to any particular Facts, and may remit Causes for rehearing.
9 Witnesses to be examined on Oath, and to be liable to Punishment for Perjury.

13 May direct new Trials of Issues.
14 Powers, &c. 13 Geo. 3. c. 63. and 1 Will. 4. c. 22. with regard to Examination of Witnesses applied to the Judicial Committee.

17 Committee may refer Matters to Registrar in same Manner as Matters are by Court of Chancery referred to a Master.
18Appointment of registrar
19 Attendance of Witnesses, and Production of Papers, etc., may be compelled by Subpoena.
20 Time of appealing.
21 Decrees for Courts Abroad to be carried into effect as the King in Council shall direct. Act not to abridge Powers of Privy Council.
