IVPayment of Rent.
Provided always, and be it further enacted, That the Rent shall be reserved and payable to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor, on behalf of the Vestry, in one gross Sum for the whole Year, and shall be paid to one or either of them at the End of the Year's Occupation.
