Construction of Railway
1. VI.The Construction of the Railway to be subject to the Provisions of this Act and the Lands Clauses Consolidation Act.

Drainage of Lands

3. XXVII.Summary Application to the Court of Chancery to enforce the Execution of such Works.
4. XXVIII.Saving of the Powers of the Drainage Commissioners.

Temporary Use of Lands

Arbitration
