41 †Juries subject to same regulations as if returned for any court at Westminster. E+W

Every such jury and jurymen as aforesaid shall also be subject to the same regulations, pains, and penalties as if such jury and jurymen had been returned for the trial of any issue joined in [F1 the High Court.]
