This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
(1)A patron may not present again a person who has been refused by the bishop in respect of the same vacancy, and any such second presentation shall be void. (2.) In the event of the presentee of a clerical patron being refused institution or admission by the bishop, and of such decision being upheld, the patron shall have the same right of further presentation as though he were a lay patron.
