A person having the powers of a tenant for life within the meaning ofthe Settled Land Act, 1882, may grant the settled land or a partthereof, to a county council for the purposes of this Act inperpetuity, at a fee farm or other rent secured by condition ofre-entry, or otherwise as may be agreed upon.
