1 Provisions in regard to the registration of certain writs in the General Register of Sasines for Scotland.U.K.

With respect to the registration of writs in the General Register of Sasines for Scotland, the following provisions shall have effect, that is to say:—

(2)It shall not be necessary that separate divisions of the General Register of Sasines be kept for the counties of Orkney and Zetland:

(3)All enactments in this or any other Act and anything done thereunder affecting the registration of writs relating to any lands in Scotland shall be deemed and taken to apply to the registration of writs relating to the teinds of such lands:

(4)Nothing contained in this Act shall invalidate any writ recorded in the General Register of Sasines for Scotland before the passing of this Act, or affect injuriously any rights depending on such writs, . . .. . . F2
