Naval Pensions Act 1884

1 Short title. U.K.

This Act may be cited as the Naval Pensions Act, 1884.

Any reference in the M1 Naval and Marine Pay and Pensions Act, 1865, the M2 Navy and Marines (Property of Deceased) Act, 1865 [F1 or section 356 of the Armed Forces Act 2006] . . . F2 , to a pension or a naval pension, or to money payable by the Admiralty, shall be construed to include a naval pension and a Greenwich Hospital pension, gratuity, and allowance, within the meaning of the Greenwich Hospital Acts, 1865 to 1883, and any sum due on account of such a pension, gratuity, or allowance.
