The reference in section eighteen of the Sea Fisheries Act, 1868, to section, two hundred of the Customs Consolidation Act, 1853, shall be construed to refer to section one hundred and seventy of the [39 & 40 Vict. c. 36.] Customs Consolidation Act, 1876.
