An Act to further improve the Administration of Justice in the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.

WHEREAS it is expedient that further provision should be made for the administration of justice in the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council:
Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Every person holding or who has held in England the office of a Lord Justice of Appeal shall, if a member of Her Majesty's Privy Council in England, be a member of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
This Act may be cited as the Judicial Committee Act, 1881.
