1 Lords Justices of Appeal to be members of Judicial Committee.
Every person holding or who has held in England the office of a Lord Justice of Appeal shall, if a member of Her Majesty’s Privy Council in England, be a member of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council F2but no person shall be a member of that Committee by virtue of this section at any time after the day on which he attains the age of seventy-five years.
2 Short title.
This Act may be cited as the Judicial Committee Act 1881.
