13 The registrar. E+W

The masters of the [F1 Senior Courts] attached to the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court of Justice, or such other officers as may for the time being be assigned for this purpose under the provisions of the M1 Supreme Court of Judicature Acts 1873 and M2 1875, shall be the registrar for the purposes of this Act, and any one of the said masters may perform all or any of the duties of the registrar.
