An Act to amend "The Registration of Leases (Scotland) Act, 1857."

WHEREAS an Act was passed in the session holden in the twentieth and twenty-first years of Her Majesty (chapter twenty-six) to provide for the registration of long leases in Scotland and assignations thereof; and whereas it is expedient to amend the said Act:
Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
