80 Penalty for throwing fireworks in thoroughfare. U.K.

If any person throw, cast, or fire any fireworks in or into any [F1 highway, street, thoroughfare,][F1 road] or public place, he [F2 shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale]
