5 Education and maintenance of sons and daughters of deceased officers &c. E+W+S+N.I.

The Admiralty may, under regulations to be from time to time made by them, provide, wholly or in part, for the education and maintenance of sons and daughters of deceased or distressed commissioned officers of the Royal Navy or Marines . . . F1
