1868 Chapter 100

An Act to amend the Procedure in the Court of Session and the Judicial Arrangements in the Superior Courts of Scotland, and to make certain Changes in the other Courts thereof.

WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Laws relating to the Procedure of the Court of Session in Scotland, and the Judicial Arrangements of the said Court, and Court of Commissioners for Teinds :

Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of the same, as follows :
