The herald painter in Scotland F1and procurator fiscal of the Lyon Courtshall hereafter be appointed by the Lyon King of Arms, and shall F1respectively perform the duties and be entitled to receive the fees, which the herald painter F2has hitherto been bound to perform and entitled to exact: Provided always, that no herald painter F1or procurator fiscalshall have any vested right in such fees.
