This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
23The Costs of and incidental to every Application under the Twenty-first and Twenty-second Sections, and the Mode in which such Costs shall be settled or taxed, shall be in the Discretion of the Court or Judge who shall hear such Application, and if such Court or Judge shall so direct, the said Costs shall be deemed to be Part of the Expenses of and incidental to the Application for the proposed Improvements.
