7Power to purchase Lands.

It shall be lawful for the Duke of Cornwall at any Time or Times hereafter to purchase any Manors, Lordships, Advowsons, Messuages, Lands, Mines, Minerals, Tenements, or Hereditaments in England in Fee Simple, or any Copyhold Lands or Tenements of Inheritance, the Freehold of which shall be Parcel of the Possessions of the Duchy of Cornwall, or any Rents, Pensions, Annuities, Rights of Common or Mining, or other Charges or Rights, and all such Manors, Lordships, Advowsons, Messuages, Lands, Mines, Minerals, Tenements, and Hereditaments, Rents, Pensions, Annuities, Rights of Common and Mining, and other Charges and Rights so to be purchased, shall be conveyed, released, or surrendered to the Duke of Cornwall, and the Conveyance or other Assurance thereof may be either according to the Form for that Purpose set forth in the Schedule hereto annexed, or in any other Form which shall be more convenient; and all Manors, Lordships, Advowsons, Messuages, Lands, Mines, Minerals, Tenements, and Hereditaments which shall be so purchased, and shall no be extinguished by the Conveyance, Release, or Surrender thereof shall, on the Completion of the respective Purchases thereof, become to all Intents and Purposes Part and Parcel of the Possessions of the Duchy of Cornwall, and be subject to the same Limitations, Pro visions, Powers, and Authorities in every respect, including the Powers and Provisions in this Act contained, as the other Possession of the said Duchy.
