All Covenants, Conditions, and Agreements contained in any Lease or Grant made in pursuance of the Powers given by this Act shall be as good and effectual in Law, according to the Words and Contents of the same, as if the Duke of Cornwall at the Time of making any such Lease or Grant were seised of an absolute Estate in Fee Simple in the Hereditaments to be thereby granted.
