11 Sales, &c. to be made under Warrant from the Treasury.

No Sale, Disposal, or Enfranchisement under the Powers herein-before contained, nor any Charge, or Arrangement by way of Compromise, of, upon, or concerning any of the Possessions of the Duchy of Cornwall, nor any Repurchase or Redemption of an annual Sum reserved or made payable on any Sale, Disposal, or Enfranchisement under the Powers of this Act, nor any Purchase under the Powers of this Act, except where the Consideration payable upon such Purchase shall not exceed the Sum of Five hundred Pounds, shall be made, and no Capital Monies shall be applied for the Purpose of Improvements under the Power herein-before in that Behalf contained, without the previous Sanction. and Approval of the Lord High Treasurer, or of the Commissioners of the Treasury for the Time being, or some Two or more of them, to be signified by some Warrant under his or their Hand or Hands; and such Sanction and Approval may be given either for any particular Class of Cases, or for any particular Sale, Disposal, Enfranchisement, Charge, Arrangement by way of Compromise, Purchase, or Outlay for the Purpose of Improvements, and either with or without any Condition or Restriction, as to the said Lord High Treasurer, or the Commissioners of the Treasury, or any Two of them, shall seem meet.
